Public Relations Manager

Responsibilities
  • Participation in the development and implementation of PR campaigns and projects aimed at promoting the educational, research, inclusive and academic programs of the Museum

  • Work with the media (analysis of the media space, interaction with key media, opinion leaders, public organizations, press monitoring, reporting and performance analysis, preparation and organization of comments and interviews)

  • Organization and holding of press events (event logistics, speaker preparation, interview monitoring, work with translators)

  • Work on information materials (news, press releases, post-releases, abstracts for publications, interviews, articles, presentations)

  • Work on advertising materials (advertising booklets, banners, street advertising, etc.)

Requirements
  • Experience in the field of public relations as a PR specialist in educational and scientific projects – at least 2 years

  • Experience in the development and implementation of PR campaigns in the field of educational and scientific projects

  • Proficiency in English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above (written and oral) a

  • Experience in writing information and advertising materials on various topics

  • Understanding the cultural and museum environment in Russia and abroad

  • Proficiency in basic software products (MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

  • Experience in 1C and document management will be a plus
