Krink is an artist materials brand and creative studio. We wear a lot of different hats and take on a multitude of tasks each day. Krink is a small company with a few employees; good vibes are essential for good workflow. This position is best suited for someone with small business experience. Potential for advancement.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Manage customer accounts (invoice, payment, resolving issues)

  • Develop and manage ecomm and wholesale promotions

  • Work with 3rd party sales representatives

  • Coordinate with warehouse team on fulfillment schedule

  • Create sales and data reports

  • Manage press list and coordinate seedings/promotional mailings

Office

  • Handle incoming email inquiries and phone calls

  • Organize and maintain office and common spaces

  • Maintain office supplies

  • Maintain office equipment, resolve IT issues

  • Manage company accounts and contact lists

Requirements

Qualifications

You must be organized, self-motivated, hard-working, professional demeanor under any circumstance, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, able to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail and take direction from supervisors.

  • 1 years of relevant work experience

  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word

  • Experience with a PC is required

  • Work in our office located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn

  • This is a full-time, in office position Monday-Friday, 9-5pm

  • Krink is a smoke free environment
