Olderbrother is hiring a sales associate for our Venice store at 566 Rose Ave.
We are looking for someone reliable, self-directed, and social, with an interest in clothing, materials, and design. The store is relaxed but customer focused. The role involves working directly with customers, learning the collection, and helping maintain the day-to-day store environment.
Flexible schedule. Competitive hourly pay plus 10% commission on sales.
Store hours are 11–6 daily.
Sales + Customer Service
Help customers with product, fit, and sizing
Know the collection, materials, and process
Handle sales, returns, and exchanges

Keep the store clean and organized
Maintain inventory
Open and close the store
Social
Take phone photos of the store and new product
Post Instagram Stories
Maintain Olderbrother’s visual standard
Reliable and self-directed
Comfortable working with customers
Social and attentive
Interest in clothing, materials, and design
Able to learn the product and communicate it clearly
Good judgment around when to help and when to give customers space
Retail experience is useful but not required
