Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for content, and strategy

Requirements

Creating an Art Gallery Social Media Marketing Strategy

Storytelling on Social Media to attract new followers

Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as IG, Facebook

Oversee day-to-day management of social media

Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology

Work with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies/campaigns to raise brand awareness

Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer experience

Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand, such as IG questionnaire to engage the follower

Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance
