Bonsai Fine Arts is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Storage & Office Coordinator to support both administrative operations and storage management within Atlanta office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, customer-focused environment and is eager to learn aspects of art handling and industry-specific systems. The Storage & Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate storage tracking, and exceptional client service.

Office & Administrative Support
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and customer communication for the office.
Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Maintain, organize, and archive office records as needed.
Learn and utilize the FileMaker system for invoicing, job tracking, and database management.
Assist in optimizing office procedures to improve efficiency.
Storage Operations
Oversee storage accounts and conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
Manage monthly storage invoices.
Coordinate receiving and releasing artwork and items from our docks.
Events & Additional Duties
Attend industry conferences and events to promote Bonsai Fine Arts.
Learn basic art-handling skills through on-the-job training.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support team operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical abilities with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Willingness to learn new systems and basic art handling techniques.
