Position Purpose: This position supports the success of the company by maintaining the studio’s financial and operational infrastructure, ensuring the studio runs smoothly in the day-to-day as well as looking forward.
Some Essential Functions Include:
Oversees the coordination of the studio email
Maintains the office schedule via Google Calendar, ClickUp
Provides tech support and implements systems for ongoing efficiency
Manages software accounts and licenses
Works to implement and maintain established standards across all files
Creates weekly, monthly and quarterly Financial Reports for the office
Assists with tax preparation
Processes payroll bi-weekly, and manages all payroll and benefits service provider’s coordination
Oversees big picture financial tracking for each project on behalf of the client and our internal team
Invoices clients monthly
Processes personnel through onboarding and separation procedures
Respond to new project inquiries and onboard new clients
Spearheads Resale Certificate implementation
Maintains Trade Accounts library
Assists in press outreach and facilitating marketing standards
Contributes to the overall culture and success of Emily Lindberg Design!
Qualification Standards:
Minimum undergraduate degree in business management, accounting, or related field
Previous 8-10 years experience in management preferred
Interior and Architecture industry experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, Google Suites, and Adobe Acrobat
Experienced in Wix and InDesign is a plus
Willing and adept at learning new software

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated to be proactive and attentive to the needs of the office

Physical Capabilities
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to perform daily tasks.
Requires writing, sitting, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity
Must be able to work well under pressure managing multiple deadlines.
