We are looking to train an emotionally mature, reliable, personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and character-driven individual to join our team and assist in person with a full range of studio responsibilities. Schedule is flexible and on a part-time basis. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday in Playa Vista, California. Eligible candidates will undergo a background check, skills test, and reference review. Successful candidates must complete a paid probationary training period that will require a flexible schedule. The interview timeline can take up to a month and will include a work portfolio review. Eligible candidates will include those with arts educational and professional experience in the following: art history, art consulting, architectural and interior design firms, graphic design, and related creative business enterprises. Well-read, tasteful, culturally aware, and curious are a given.
This position will assist the Lead Consultant with:
- Complex image manipulation on Adobe Photoshop to enable client visualization of art in situ and digital and analogue project presentations 
- Reading and interpretation of architectural floor plans and elevations for art placement 
- Preparing project decks on Adobe InDesign 
- Ability to place elements and imagery onto floor plans using Adobe Photoshop 
- Assist in writing project proposals and maintaining project status updates 
- Attending in-person and remote meetings with Lead Consultant 
- Input project information such as project numbers, invoicing, and meeting minutes on Microsoft Excel 
- Creating meeting summaries and sharing documents with project teams 
- Build a growing database of outreach contacts for Constant Contact 
- Organize and maintain a prioritized task list and calendar 
- Align with project management system (online onboarding) 
- Internet and social media research and posting on company website 
- Interfacing with vendors, clients, and bookkeeper/accountant 
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed 
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Minimum 3 years’ work experience 
- Mac proficiency 
- Mastery of Creative Suite: 
- Adobe Photoshop

- Typing speed of 75 WPM

- 3-year resident of Los Angeles is required, Westside preferred 
- Licensed driver with reliable vehicle 
- Able to navigate and manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
