The Fundraising Coordinator of the Women’s Committee is a key member of a results-oriented team who will support the Tulips and Daffodils and Conservancy Docents programs and their volunteer committees as well as offer general support to the Women’s Committee office. They will oversee aspects of the Tulip and Daffodil program including coordinating online promotions, printing requested certificates, processing payments and scheduling committee meetings. They will also serve as the facilitator to the Conservancy Docents who will schedule Conservancy Docent meetings and tours and assist with the planning of the annual Insider’s Event in the spring. The Coordinator will work alongside a dedicated Conservancy team to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to day-to-day administrative, support to the Executive Director and Women’s Committee team, gift processing and donor acknowledgments. The Coordinator will also handle the coordination of the Board meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, experience with fundraising software, Raiser’s Edge a plus, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and be able to handle a multitude of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
