We are looking for a new team member to join our staff to learn and grow as a valued employee to Level One Art Installation. This job will primarily entail working at home to answer phone calls, emails and manage the scheduling demands of our company using our online scheduling portal. Secondary responsibilities will be to assist the full time installers with completing installation projects and learn Level One Art Installation methods and standards, with the goal of becoming a full time staffed installer.

A scheduler is an individual with good multitasking skills and eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of scheduling, art handling, is proficient with the tools of the trade, can work with little supervision individually and has a basic knowledge of California Labor Laws.

The goal for this job is to grow and improve as a scheduler within Level One by contributing to our prestige customer service, scheduling installations/projects in a timely manner, and give quality service to be remembered. To further become an invaluable asset to our team and company culture as Level One expands within the Art Installation market.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and return phone calls and emails daily.

  • Schedule daily installations and working with owner to schedule larger projects

  • Recording employee hours in an excel sheet for payroll and email to owner

  • Making a list of installations that need to billed in excel and email to owner

  • Problem solving an issue regarding scheduling details, scheduling system, time clock and Gmail

  • Filling in as an Assistant Art Installer as support for the full time staff

  • Learn Level One Art Installation methods and standards to become a full time installer

Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of scheduling methods and procedures

  • A proven understanding of art installing techniques and methods of installation

  • Knowledge in art installation/handling industry standards

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience with Google Drive, MS Word, & MS Excel

  • Is self-motivated and outgoing

  • Can work individually unsupervised, or within a team setting.

  • Understanding of basic California Labor Laws

  • Proficient in English (oral & written)

  • Problem-Solving Skills

  • Flexible schedule

  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record

  • Level One Art Installation is a non-smoking company

  • High School Diploma, Advanced education in Art

  • Basic understanding of floor plans and architectural elevations
