Maquette Fine Art Services is interested in adding an Experienced Account Manager to our dynamic team located in Long Island City. Applicants should have 3-5 years of account management experience, work history with museums, institutions and galleries preferred.

Responsibilities
Work with clients coordinating crating, installation, and transportation projects of various scales
Email correspondence and effective client communication
Project management including estimating costs, generating paperwork, and coordinating with dispatch
Liaise with art handlers, dock and warehouse staff across multiple locations
Requirements
We are looking for an active individual who is a team worker and thrives in a busy environment. Applicants must be detail oriented, highly organized, and exhibit strong communication skills and follow through. Knowledge of Mac OS and FileMaker Pro a plus.
