His is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at OTI Fine Art Services in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating art shipments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Experience in the fine arts, or related industry is a plus

Requirements
  • 2-5 years experience in account management, preferably in the art industry

  • Strong knowledge of art market trends and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Proficiency in art logistics and handling procedures

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Willingness to travel for client meetings.
