The Art Newspaper is looking for an experienced and energetic advertising sales executive to join the New York sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling into the company’s print and digital platforms as well as integrated campaigns to new and existing clients in the Americas. As part of a small team, this individual is responsible for the entire sales process including establishing a pipeline, writing proposals, receiving ad materials and sending media packages and issues. The candidate should be comfortable brainstorming and devising plans for new streams of revenue outside of the standard monthly print and digital cycle.
Some travel to key art fairs to be expected. Base salary plus commission on all US print and digital sales.
At least 2 years’ experience in multi-channel advertising sales is expected. Proficiency in Google Ad Manager is expected; knowledge of Microsoft suite is a plus. At least 2 years experience within the art market is expected.
