The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial services to the Director of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation – Delegation in France and may also be entrusted, under the responsibility of the Director or any person designated by the Director, with permanent or non-permanent missions in the following areas
Administrative support for the accounting and human resources departments;
Management and stewardship in conjunction with the representatives and various stakeholders of the Fondation Maison Science de l’Homme (FMSH) and the Cité Universitaire Internationale de Paris / Maison du Portugal – Résidence André de Gouveia;
Follow-up, in collaboration with the Director of the Delegation or any other person designated for this purpose, of one or more programs in progress;
Monitoring the Delegation’s partnerships with French and international institutions as well as with the services of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon;
Administrative support for the production and management of events conducted by the Delegation;
Reception and public relations functions for the Director.
Salary conditions will be negotiated directly between the Foundation and the person recruited, based on job market values and experience.
