SCAD is in search of an Admission Representative to positively impact the application and enrollment decisions of prospective students and potential applicants.
In this position, you will assist with recruitment duties, such as conducting daily admission tours, coordinating applicant meetings with assigned Admission Advisers, and conducting admission meetings with all prospective students and encouraging their application submission. You will also be responsible for prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, and text communication. Virtual recruitment is also a responsibility of the team through participation in live agent shifts and virtual information sessions.
Responsibilities
This position is an all-encompassing Admission Representative position primarily dealing with admission recruitment as a whole, but other responsibilities may also include helping the admission department with staffing coverages, such as assisting with summer programs affiliated with admission, domestic and global recruitment travel, and other admission or campus events as needed. You will also be expected to travel for recruitment to the university.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills and must have advanced customer relations and presentation skills. The candidate must be able to participate in evening and weekend work as needed.
Tuesday through Saturday position.
Bachelor’s degree
A valid driver’s license
SCAD experience preferred
