Creative Consulting and Fabrication is currently hiring at our East New York Facility. CC&F produces fine art objects and custom furniture from a range of traditional and non-traditional materials, with a concentration on cast objects.
Responsibilities
We value a versatile skill set in all our employees, but are currently looking to hire fabricators specialized in:
Rigid construction in wood and metal
Primarily responsible for building interior structural assemblies as well as corresponding geometric molds
Must be comfortable working with a tablesaw, routers, and MIG welder
Finish sanding, CAD/CAM, and architectural installation experience are all relevant

Sculpting + Mold making
Primarily responsible for refining the surfaces of objects and making molds of ‘em
Must be comfortable working with additive (clays and filler compounds) and subtractive (carving, sanding) methods, as well as basic principles of multi-part molds.
Casting, finishing, and knowledge of resin systems are all relevant
