Atelier 4 Inc, known as the leaders in fine art logistics for 33 years in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Charlotte NC seeks an energetic person to fill the role of Art Handler / Installer in our Los Angeles office. Atelier 4 Inc has always set itself apart from other logistic carriers with their innovative & highest quality of service. We are seeking a safety-minded Art Handler / Installer for full-time employment in our Los Angeles office to be a key contributor in assuring our services meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities

Job duties

  • Preparing, warehousing and shipping artwork in a museum or other facility

  • Transport, store and display collections

  • Loading, handling & securing art/cargo

  • Assist with wrapping & packing

  • Preparing paperwork / reports

  • Local truck driving, 18 and 22 foot box trucks (CDL is NOT required)

Requirements

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds as part of the daily activity

  • Ability to work extended periods of standing, bending, lifting and/or driving

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing)

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and consistently busy environment

  • Drug Free environment / safe work environment

  • Full –time work – NOT gig work

  • COVID-19 Vaccination card required upon being hired

Job Location

Work hours: generally 8:30am to 5pm
