Edwynn Houk Gallery, specializing in masters of twentieth-century and contemporary photography, is seeking a full-time art handler to join a dedicated gallery team.

Art Handling
Requirements
Thorough knowledge of procedures and materials used for art packing, installation/de-installation, wrapping and transport
The ability to safely move large works of art
Experience with domestic and international shipping requirements and documentation
Self-starter who will prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-through with all in-house and outsourced tasks to completion.
Reliable and punctual
Professional demeanor with peers and clients
Experience with cutting mats by hand, archival hinging, glass cutting, and fitting frames that are small enough to frame in-house is a plus.
Candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience working as an art handler. Salary is commensurate with experience.
