Maquette Fine Art Services is interested in adding an Assistant Account Manager to our office located in Long Island City. Applicants should have 1-3 years of administrative experience, work history with museums and institutions strongly preferred. We are looking for an active individual who is a team worker and thrives in a busy environment.
Healthcare with United Oxford
Assisting with project management including but not limited to correspondence, creation of bills of lading, receive / release paperwork, and sending invoices
Liaising with dispatcher and warehouse managers regarding scheduling
Managing individual projects from start to finish, including estimates, creation of all paperwork, and coordination with the client on all phases of the project
Applicants must be detail oriented, highly organized, and exhibit strong communication skills and follow through.
