An assistant account manager is in charge of performing clerical support tasks for account managers. The responsibilities revolve around preparing and processing documents, answering calls and correspondence, taking part in managing schedules, providing simple job estimates, inventory data entry, arranging meetings and appointments.

Candidate must possess a CA driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with PC computers, ability to interact with basic spreadsheets and databases, shared docs and calendars.
