This position serves as the foundation for art fulfillment for our company. She/he will be responsible for managing the art inventory warehouse. Strong organizational, record-keeping skills and the capacity to understand and manage orders using a variety of technology based systems is essential. The Preparator / Art Handler will seek to constantly increase the company’s efficiency in art fulfillment management and consistently communicating art handling best practices to the company’s internal team.
3+ years of art handling experience
Collaborate with The Company’s sales team members on optimization of inventory by location, with the goal of minimizing out of stock scenarios or order delays.
Process and fulfill all applicable art and design shipping opportunities.
Assist with daily art and design operations responsibilities, as needed.
Perform and record monthly/annual inventories at multiple warehouse locations
2-3 years art handling/fulfillment/warehouse experience.
Experience with FedEx, UPS, GSO, and third party logistics.
Familiarity with computerized inventory and fulfillment programs.

Clear ability to multi task numerous projects at one time.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
