ARTA Shipping, Inc., an NYC-based startup streamlining the transport and protection of the world’s precious objects, is looking for a full-time Client Services and Marketing Assistant looking to learn more about how technology and innovation are changing the art industry. You will assist and support the Client Services and Marketing teams on administrative and content-driven projects.
We’re a young company with a small team that moves quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality. You will work directly with the heads of Client Services and Marketing on a daily basis, providing integral support and assisting with projects.
Input shipping requests from clients and upload insurance certificates in the ARTA dashboard
Act as liaison between new/existing clients and ARTA via email, phone, and online chat
Help write sales pitches and reach out to potential and/or existing clients
Assist with billing and invoicing for our clients
Manage office phone and in-platform customer chat
Educate clients on our platform
Maintain our CRM
Maintain monthly content calendar
Write and publish blog posts
Source content for social media platforms
Set up and send monthly email newsletter
Visit galleries and museums to take photos of current exhibitions for corporate instagram
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills: written, verbal and visual
Willing to speak up and contribute new ideas, or to ask questions if something is not clear
Demonstration of initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness in working effectively on multiple projects
Demonstrated interest in the arts and/or technology
