Responsibilities
Work with festival management and the front of house team to create a top-notch patron service experience
Help build performances, packages, and discounts in ticketing software
Process ticket orders and donations in Spektrix
Maintain and update patron data
Work with patrons over the phone, online, and in-person to set their schedule, process orders, and provide information about the Festival and surrounding areas
Work the box office window and support the front of house team for multiple performances a day
Serve as the main point of contact for and assist group leaders
Requirements
A deep commitment to the Festival’s mission, core values, and anti-racist vision statement and practices
An enthusiasm for working with the public and providing excellent customer service
