David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, and collaborative individual to join our team as Content Producer. Reporting to the Digital Content Manager and in collaboration with the Director, Marketing and Communications, Gallery artists and artist estates, and other stakeholders across the Gallery, the Content Producer develops public-facing digital content for the Gallery’s social media and online channels that is compelling and relevant to the Gallery’s audience, leading to deeper engagement and impact. The Content Producer is responsible for managing a range of digital projects from conceptualization through completion; developing storytelling strategies in collaboration with the Director, Marketing and Communications and Digital Content Manager; and ensuring quality and consistency across digital content. They also support the Digital Content Manager in hiring and managing other content creators and external contractors in the production of content for the Gallery.
The Content Producer is also responsible for assisting with image formatting and retouching in collaboration with the Media Coordinators, Los Angeles and New York, as well as designing a range of print and digital materials and collateral for the Gallery. This position is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, requiring flexibility for additional hours based on the needs of the gallery.
