Corporate Fundraising Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Work with paperwork and budgets in 1C

  • Administration of CRM contacts database, selection of gifts

  • Organization of tours and meetings

  • Prepare mailing lists and sending invitations to Museum events

  • Keep a database of the Museum projects and areas of support

  • Prepare and update presentations of the Museum’s projects

  • Prepare reports on documentation on the projects

  • Assistance in preparation and organization of events, project management

  • Maintain a database of potential partners

  • Prepare and control over placement of partners’ logos on informational media

  • Develop information materials

Requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education

  • At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative position

  • Experience in handling paperwork

  • Experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote

  • English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (B2)
