nAscent Art New York is looking for a Curatorial Operations Associate (COA). For the right candidate, this is a salaried, full-time position with benefits and PTO. Best applicants should have relevant experience in arts management, business, interior design, or graphic design. Pay commensurate with experience.
The COA is an essential part of our small team focused on daily business operations and project coordination.

Reports to: Founders, Operations Manager
Position type: Full-time, salary + benefits & PTO
Schedule: Company’s regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. Projects may require work beyond regular business hours.

Responsibilities may include:
project-specific curating
project logistics & coordination
quality control
art handling (able to lift 35lbs)
artist liaison
social media
office administration
occasional travel, including driving (less than 10%)
scheduling

comfortable with use of social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
