The Enrollment Management Data Assistant is responsible for the processing of student recruitment data, student applications, and supporting application records for both undergraduate and graduate admissions. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Operations, this position manages and executes processes within Workday and other associated platforms and is responsible for all data entry related to new student enrollment. In addition, this position provides occasional support at special on-campus events sponsored by Enrollment Management.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The range for the position is $27.19 - $28.50 per hour.

WORK SCHEDULE:
CCA considers a full-time work week to be 37.5 hours per week.
Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
POSITION DETAILS:
This position is covered under the staff union collective bargaining agreement and will be required to contribute to union dues/agency fees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry Support - 45%
Manages the intake and processing of admissions application documents and materials in Workday Student and Salesforce.
Responsible for the preparation of data files and execution of data integrations; performs data entry supporting admissions operations.
Conducts regular audits of data in Workday to support a clean data environment and encourage the completion of applications for admission.
System Improvement - 15%
Responsible for the development and maintenance of reports to support admissions office processes.
Develop knowledge of enrollment procedure and office policy including CCA’s database systems and develop technical acumen to better support business processes within Enrollment Management.
Customer Support - 20%
Serves as the first point of contact for operations-related requests for assistance from colleagues relating to applicant and application information and maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service by helping applicants and matriculating students navigate technical issues when using CCA resources.
Liaise with colleagues in various departments including Student Records, Financial Aid, Advising, and International Student Affairs in support of processes and the mission of the Enrollment Management Division.
Other - 20%
Providing support at special events sponsored by Enrollment Management
Providing backup support for the Enrollment Management Receptionist on the San Francisco Campus.
Performs additional duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Skill in data entry and word processing with accuracy is required.
Bachelor’s degree strongly desired.
Two years of experience in an office environment preferred.
Previous experience in an educational environment strongly preferred
Experience with an Administrative Computing system (Datatel, Banner, People Soft, etc.) preferred
Must possess strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, work under pressure of competing deadlines, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strict attention to detail;
Ability to work productively while attending to detail, and with frequent interruption;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and experience working with diverse groups in an educational or other non-profit organization
