Arrow Fine Art Services is seeking experienced Art Handlers/Installers/Drivers to join our team. Established in 2010 AFAS has continued to grow and establish itself as a leader in the New York art
logistics community.
We are looking for forward thinking full time employees to join our team. applicant should be someone with strong ability to problem solve and communicate with both clients and AFAS team.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Safely packing and transporting fine art and furniture
*Completion of accurate paperwork, Labeling and Bills of Lading
*Installation of 2D and 3D artworks
*Communicating with clients and arrow staff about all aspects of the day
*safe and responsible driving of a range of vehicles from 16’ Transit van to 24’ box trucks.
Qualified applicants will possess:
2+ years installation in residential, corporate and gallery settings
2+ years museum level packing of artwork for safe local and long distance shipping
clean driving record, ability to drive 16ft to 24ft. box truck
pleasant demeanor with the ability to adapt to a wide range of working environments
proficient with power tools and basic carpentry
***Only applicants with the Experience driving a box truck will be considered
