Seeking Fulfillment/Shipping Associate to join a growing ceramics lighting and design studio. This is a support position reporting to Studio and Shipping Manager.
Part time to start (2-3 days a week) with opportunity to grow into full time. Benefits including PTO, sick leave, paid holidays, and health insurance available. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Interest in ceramics, lighting, design and the arts a plus!
Start date as early as April 18th.
Responsibilities
Take lead on packing and shipping orders
Assist with creating shipping labels
Coordinate local delivery/pick ups as needed
Ensure weekly FedEx pick ups are scheduled
Assist in receiving large shipments of components and shipping supplies
Manage inventory and notify Studio Manager for re-orders of components and shipping supplies
Maintain an organized stockroom
Requirements
Experience with art handling and/or handling large, fragile objects
Strong initiative and work ethic with flexibility to respond to and take action in changing circumstances
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Effective communication skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Organized
