Grant writer is responsible for managing robust series of grant applications and reports as well as seeking new opportunities for support from foundations, corporations and government entities.

Requirements
Three years proven successful development writing experience
Excellent grant prospecting capabilities
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and in person
The ability to multi task and be flexible
Fastidious attention to detail
Ability to work easily with a variety of colleagues and partners
Knowledge of the Bay Area philanthropic foundation, government and corporate communities a plus as is an understanding and appreciation for visual art and the importance of creativity as the population ages.
