The museum building by Renzo Piano in an idyllic park in Riehen near Basel is regarded as one of the most beautiful art houses in Europe, because it harmoniously combines nature, architecture and art united. The Fondation Beyeler houses one of the world’s best private collections and presents continuous high quality exhibitions of modern and contemporary art. According to the the wish of its founders, it is particularly committed to the communication of art to the broad audience and to young people.

To support the Head of IT we are looking for a

IT Supporter (m/f)

Workload: 100% (or 50% in job sharing)

Responsibilities

Telephone and personal IT end user support for Windows, iOS and the Business applications

Cooperation in the maintenance, further development and introduction of various database applications (SQL)

Participation in the support of the server and storage systems (Windows, Linux)

Creation and maintenance of internal ICT documentation

Requirements

Completed training as computer scientist EFZ, specialising in business informatics or Systems engineering and/or professional experience in a comparable function

Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and databases

Independent, reliable and precise working method

Team player with good communication skills

Flexible, organized and resilient

Interest in new technologies and applications

Readiness for occasional support at off-peak times and on-call service
