We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Technician to support and lead field operations in our Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a senior technician with strong technical expertise and proven leadership capability.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support field technicians across installation, service, and maintenance activities
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues
Coordinate daily field schedules and work priorities
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations
Train, mentor, and support the development of field technicians
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of field technician experience
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with clients and internal teams
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the DC area
