Manager of Affiliate Programs

Responsibilities
  • Program development in liaison with the Museum’s fundraising department and program department – curators, exhibition and educational project managers

  • Independent research on the subject of the project, material collection, selection of specialists

  • Manage the full cycle of project implementation: communication with contractors, preparation of announcement materials, coordination of installations or events at the site

  • Keep project timelines and budgets

  • Manage the Museum and partner organization’s deadlines

  • Make presentations and collecting project reports

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education in the humanities (cultural studies/art criticism/history)

  • Interest in contemporary culture, art, humanities research

  • Experience in project management and work, including volunteer work in the spheres of culture or education

  • Experience in organizing public events, working with different audiences is desirable

  • Competent verbal and written skills in Russian and English

  • Abilities in information retrieval and research on a given topic, ability to systematize and analyze information.

  • Computer literacy, ability to create PowerPoint or Keynote presentations

  • Ability and willingness to learn new software for work

  • Ability to work in a team and moderate negotiations

  • Attentiveness, self-organization and ability to work independently

  • Stress resistance

Terms:

  • Eull-time, (5/2)

  • Office in Gorky Park

  • Formal employment

  • Candidates will be asked to complete a test assignment and be interviewed

  • Probation period – two months
