New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) is seeking temporary staff with an interest and general knowledge of art handling and art storage to be a part of our shipping crew at NADA Miami. Candidates need to be available on-site at Ice Palace Studios in Miami, FL from Friday November 28th - Sunday, December 7th, 2025.
Responsibilities
Shipping Crew members are required on-site for additional dates both before and after the art fair. These staff members will help direct art shipment drop offs and pickups. Shipping Crew will support the core NADA staff with furniture building and helping moving items from NADA’s offsite storage. Once the fair has begun, Shipping Crew members will transition to the art storage team, helping exhibitors store and locate additional artworks onsite. After the fair is complete, these staff members will return to their positions on the Shipping Crew for de-installation.

All applicants must be legally allowed to work in the US and provide a W-9 Form.
Salary
Pay will be in the form of a $2000 stipend.
