Two Palms is looking for an Operations Manager and Art Handler to work 3 days a week. We require a candidate to keep order in a fast-moving, active studio with professionalism and good cheer. Work is physical and demanding and you must be able to multi-task, communicate well, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, personable, an energetic self-starter and a reliable problem solver.

Requirements:

• Prepare, handle, wrap and pack artworks with care and precision.

• Install and de-install artworks in viewing room.

• Maintain walls of the studio and gallery.

• Order art, studio and cleaning supplies.

• Track shipments of supplies coming in and out of the studio.

• Manage maintenance for HVAC system, plumbing and studio appliances.

• Oversee physical inventories of artworks and studio supplies at studio and Maquette Fine Art Services, LIC.

• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio by taking out the garbage, organizing closets and supply cabinets, etc.

Qualifications:

Applicant should have five years experience in a professional environment.
