Creative Time, New York City’s veteran and vanguard public arts presenter, seeks a Programming Assistant to work collaboratively, provide administrative support for the organization, and work closely with the Head of Programming and the Programming team.
The Programming Assistant is a key source of administrative and production support for the Programming team, which produces the institution’s public projects and annual Creative Time Summit. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and to work collaboratively as well as independently. The ideal candidate has keen project management skills, great follow through and time management capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills for public facing engagement of all kinds.

The Programming Assistant reports to the Head of Programming and works closely with the entire Programming team and Curator. Responsibilities range from administrative and research to production and artist logistics, based on the organization’s production schedule and cycle of need.
