Kaikai Kiki New York, LLC has an immediate opening available for a Project Coordinator/Office Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating a variety of Kaikai Kiki related projects: collaborations, gallery, and other special events. (may start to do administrative tasks)

  • Experience in the fields of art, food, hospitality, entertainment, shipping a plus

  • Practical experience working with galleries, luxury brands, up-scale restaurants & hotels, e-commerce, a major plus

  • Practical experience finalizing the agreement/contract a major plus

  • Practical experience working as a personal assistant a major plus

Requirements
  • Must possess an interest in art. (Master degree in art history or MBA a major plus)

  • Strong written and spoken English skills a must

  • Japanese skills a plus

  • Strong communication skills a plus

  • Must possess flexibility and challenging spirit in mind.

  • Must possess PC & Mac skills(Word and Excel) Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator preferred but not necessary.

  • Detail oriented, self-starter, well-organized, highly responsible

  • Able to adapt to different cultures/environments and Kaikai Kiki way of working.
