Working alongside the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects beginning with the initial client contact through estimation, planning, execution and completion. Projects will be tailored to the specific needs of each client as the Packengers services auction houses, galleries, and private clients. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within the predefined scope and within the agreed upon budget.

Responsibilities

Identifying the client’s needs/goals and creating a detailed estimate/plan to successfully complete those goals

Making effective and informed decisions when presented with changes to a project

Working together with other members of the Packengers team to ensure that all aspects of a project are efficiently completed

Performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Requirements

2+ years experience in project management/logistics

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and expanding environment

Knowledge of gallery, museum and auction house practices preferred.

Prior experience with domestic and international shipping preferred.
