What will you do?

• You will coordinate the various movements of the collection both within the museum and to and from other museums;

• You are responsible for the registration and documentation of all objects in the collection;

• You manage, preserve and register the collection, both physically in the depot and digitally in TMS;

• You coordinate outgoing loans;

• You arrange, supervise and oversee the execution of art transports;

• You coordinate the maintenance activities in the depot;

• You coordinate the installation of a new depot;

• You report your progress to the management.

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed at least a higher professional education (HBO) programme, for example the Reinwardt Academy or a university programme in the field of art history;

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;

• You have demonstrable experience with (inter)national loan traffic, logistics, planning and purchasing of art transports, art handling, administrative activities and collection insurance;

• You have good organizational skills;

• You are accurate, flexible, service-oriented and stress-resistant;

• You are a team player, but can also work well independently;

• You have an excellent oral and written knowledge of the Dutch and English language and preferably master another foreign language (German, French);

• You live in the area of Wassenaar / The Hague;

• You are in possession of a driving license.
