For a cultural project living somewhere between art, hospitality, music, and social experience.

Salary is commensurate with experience. This role is full-time in-person, based in Los Angeles. Extended hours may be required for events.

Responsibilities

You should enjoy things like:

  • shipping and tracking artworks across continents

  • negotiating with vendors, shippers, and fabricators

  • surviving (and owning) install days

  • solving problems before anyone notices them

  • building budgets that survive contact with reality

  • managing production from concept through delivery

  • navigating a highly active, client-facing program with calm and clarity

  • organizing beautiful chaos

Requirements
  • Experience in film production, project management, art handling, shipping/logistics or retail production is relevant

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Artlogic (or similar inventory system) and Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and vendors simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish
