We are looking for a specialized chef to join us in Dakar, Senegal for six months to work with the staff and train them in a new, specialty cuisine. We are specifically interested in Japanese, Mediterranean, American, Latin and French cuisine. The chef will also have the opportunity to learn and share with the local talent, becoming more familiar with traditional Senegalese cuisine and cooking techniques.

Timeline and Compensation.

• Ideal candidates will be available to start by April 1, 2021.

• Room and board will be provided.

• Flights to and from Dakar will be purchased by the client.

• All cooking will take place in the professional kitchen on-site in Dakar.

• Compensation is commensurate with experience

• At least 5 years cooking in a professional environment and managing staff.

• Demonstrated experience with specialty cuisine.

• Valid passport.
