Shipping Coordinator for Moonlight Arts Collective

Who We Are:

Moonlight Arts Collective is a continually evolving community of like-minded artists who “moonlight” to create artwork in all forms. An expedition in collaboration showcasing specially curated original artwork exhibitions, unique artist editions, artist talks, events and much more.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a multi-faceted individual who can show great care and concern for fine art in a variety of mediums, as well as commitment of service to our customers and clientele to fulfill shipments expediently and professionally. This role works closely with: Production Director; Production Manager; Operations Department; customers, outside vendors

Job Responsibilities

Facilitate shipments, freight and couriers of fine art to/from customers, vendors, and installation spaces; domestically and internationally

Assistance with product handling and client shipments, including processing of cancellations, refunds, shipping insurance claims and product replacement as needed

Field and resolve issues with shipping domestic & international carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex & DHL)

Feel comfortable speaking about the mission and culture of Moonlight Arts Collective in the greater Arts Community

Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Customer service experience required (1-3 years)

Thrives working autonomously and with remote team members

Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external correspondence

Strong ability to multitask, problem solve and skilled in time management
