Studio Assistant

We are seeking a Pilates Studio Assistant with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to work in our Lincoln Heights studio. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining structure and efficiency, while supporting a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for our clientele, many of whom are artists and creative professionals. The ideal candidate values wellness, excels in administrative tasks, and brings both precision and warmth to client interactions.

This position can be a mix of in-person and remote work, but must come in to the studio weekly. The position is part time 5-10 hrs a week.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling and client interactions. Must be available to check studio text, voicemail, and email several times a day.

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Coordinate with instructors to manage schedules that optimize studio resources and meet client demand.

  • Handle client inquiries, registrations, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collaborate with the studio owner to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, shoot photos and video for social media, and update social media accounts.

  • Monitor studio equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is well-maintained and stocked.

  • Maintain accurate records, including client databases, attendance, and financial transactions.

  • Coordinate ordering of promotional products and wholesale ordering for the studio shop.

Requirements
  • Previous experience with scheduling and managing a studio calendar, light accounting, and office administration

  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

  • Proficient in studio management software and basic computer applications. Experience with Mindbody software preferred, but not required.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed (can work remotely).

  • Living in close proximity to the Lincoln Heights studio preferred.
