Looking for an entry level position in a high end art handling company – >ACLA. Candidate is to slowly learn all the different aspects of each department (and how to assist them). Candidate is to perform daily basic clerical tasks and maintain a growth mindset. This position is a potential opportunity to grow into a project/logistics coordinator position, while also learning about the industry of fine art logistics.


Tasks may include: Front desk reception, light tasks in support of any logistical needs, filing, maintaining stock of office supplies, scanning and sorting of digital files for company database etc.


Candidate is to be organized, have a positive attitude and contributes to ACLA’s overall evolved and innovative company culture. Industry experience is not mandatory, but a basic understanding or interest in art may be preferred, however not a deal breaker.
