We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our private storage room and serve as our in-house Product Photographer. As the Vault Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating 2D, 3D, and 360 captures, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the vault. Additionally, you will utilize product photography skills to capture high-quality images that highlight asset features and appeal.

This role is currently part-time, but subject to change to accommodate vault volume & demand as our platform grows.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & uphold vault processes, policies and procedures to maintain an exceptional level of service for our partners & customers

  • Organize, stage studio in preparation for and handle photography & digitization

  • Maintain consistent and cohesive asset management tracking for both physical and digital archives

  • Provide transparency throughout the flow to ensure cross-departmental deadlines are in alignment with vault operations

  • Coordinate safe & white glove handling, unpacking & unpacking while also conducting condition reports and storage of vaulted items

  • Serve as point person for vault compliance, pick-up and deliveries in collaboration with larger organization

  • Maintain handling, care and information for all vaulted assets from intake to exit

Requirements
  • Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, and relevant photography tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Art History, Fine Arts or related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual aesthetics

  • Proficient in image editing software such as Adobe CC, Lightroom and other in-house software

  • Experience with art handling and packing methods

  • Openness to learning new technologies

  • Proficiency in digital asset management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects & priorities

  • Strong multitasker and problem solver to help meet tight deadlines

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs

  • Portfolio showcasing previous product photography work is highly desired
