Foxley Art and Design Services are a highly motivated team offering bespoke white glove moving, logistics, and storage solutions for Interior Design and Galleries, with customer satisfaction at our core.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join our rapidly growing team, working from our West Hempstead facility. The ideal candidate would have experience working in white-glove moving and/or art shipping but training will also be provided.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately locating and pulling items for truck loading
Loading/Offloading trucks
Checking and Receiving deliveries
Inspection and condition checking of merchandise
Moving and locating items to/from storage racks
Packing
General warehouse duties as required
Requirements
Applicant requirements;
Must be a team player
Punctual with excellent time management
Highly motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
A strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task various projects at the same time
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Able to plan, adapt and problem solve effectively
Eligible to work in the US
Able to lift 45 lbs
