As part of our continued global expansion, Malca-Amit Fine Art is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in New York.
*This is a full time remote and permanent position.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with collectors, galleries, institutions, and partners.
Prepare and present competitive domestic and international shipping quotations.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of fine art shipments from origin to destination, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency.
Oversee shipment documentation and handle invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine art logistics.
Proven knowledge of art handling, packing, crating, and shipping techniques across a range of mediums.
Strong understanding of import/export customs procedures and compliance requirements.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
