Building on a century of excellence in art and design education, CCA is in the public phase of its largest-ever capital campaign to build an expanded campus in the heart of San Francisco and expand opportunities for talented young people.
The Individual Giving Officer is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and innovative fundraiser to realize the engagement and giving potential of CCA’s substantial community of friends, alumni, and parents. The IG Officer is responsible for maximizing contributed revenue from these audiences through a major and mid-level giving program and through broad-based appeals. This key position works with deans, staff, students, alumni, parents, and faculty throughout the college to develop, execute, and evaluate plans for annual fund and campaign specific multi-channel appeals via direct mail, email, online giving, and social media. The IG Officer is highly skilled at appeal development and production and meets annual and campaign income goals by applying in-depth knowledge of fundraising strategies in the arts and higher education sectors. The content created by the Officer is used by the entire fundraising team to inspire giving for a variety of constituents. As the CCA capital campaign evolves through its public phase, the Officer will use this opportunity to catalyze a culture of philanthropy at the college and realizing campaign cultivation, solicitation and stewardship goals to grow participation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The range for this position is $110,000 - 123,000/annually
CCA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including the choice of five medical plans, generous holiday, sick & vacation time, a retirement match and tuition remission. CCA covers an average of 91% of the medical plan cost for the employee only and an average of 82% for employees with dependents.
