About the Project manager Role
We are excited to hire a Project Manager who will support our employees and maintain a positive company culture. We are looking for someone who has experience supervising large, specialized jobs from beginning to end. The Project Manager understands and fulfills the needs of each job, including plan reviews, permit submittals, sub-contractor involvement, fabrication, and logistics.

Attend meetings and walk-throughs
Review permit drawings, shop drawings, and other documents
Provide initial estimate, revised estimates, purchase orders, and change orders
Coordinate crew scheduling with Logistics Department and Local Dispatcher
Coordinate allocation of resources with other departments
Brief, and/or lead crews performing work
Produce Sketch-up (or other) drawings
Order appropriate lifting device using load charts and pick plans
Produce Scope of Work, Work Plan, Hazard Analysis, Pick Plan and other documents
Qualifications:
Have a least 4 years of art handling and/or construction management experience
Possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record at the time of, and for the duration of, employment
Required to complete and pass STA (Security Threat Assessment) application and verification
Able to perform physical demands (regularly walk construction sites, desk work, exposed to outside weather conditions on a frequent basis)
Able to work flexible schedule as needed
Able to travel overnight and long distance
Able to work as part of a team and contribute to cooperative problem solving
Able to follow detailed instructions and strict protocols
